[Opensource] incorrect statement in EDG: notExpresso <context> parameter for expresso-config.xml

A couple of places in the EDG refer to the notExpresso <context> parameter
for expresso-config.xml, which supposedly stops expresso from creating
system tables in the context. This is no longer valid according to the dtd,
so the documentation needs to be changed.

I assume this is no lnger necessary and that expresso only creates the
system table in the "default" context?
