[Opensource] Expresso in Iplanet Web Server 6.0

Hi,
I'm having problems installing Expresso in Iplanet Web Server 6.0.
I deploy an Expresso application and when I try accessing expresso's
frame.jsp I get :

org.apache.jasper.compiler.CompileException:
c:/servers/iplanet/docs/myapp/expresso/frame.jsp(11,0) Unable to open
taglibrary /WEB-INF/tld/expresso-html.tld : Could not locate TLD
/WEB-INF/tld/expresso-html.tld

Is this a XML parser conflict between Expresso's Xerces and Iplanet's
Crimson ?. If yes, how can I resolve it.
Can someone help
