+1 A Controller front end would be fantastic.  [Emphasis on using a 
Controller ;) ]

+1 Although I'd like to see this as a 'check' option that a person can 
choose to leave out.

Also would like to keep this as an option as well.

Anyway, go for it!  We'd love to see something like that.  GUI is good :)
