[Opensource] ConnectString for the Hypersonic DB

The following is from the expresso-config.xml file:

     jdbc driver=org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver
    url=jdbc:hsqldb:%web-app%WEB-INF/db/default/default
    login=sa
    password=

Replace %web-app% with the path to the Expresso WEB-INF directory. On my
machine it is /opt/expresso/webapps/ROOT
