[Opensource] Expresso 5.0 Documentation Promotion

Sandra:

Please find attached a revision of the  "Expresso Controllers Component"
document. The only changes are in the "Controllers and EJBs" portion. I used
most of Peter's ideas conveyed in his two emails written as replies to my
questions to the list. Since I am on very shaky ground here, hopefully I
have not made any jaw-dropping errors... ;)

Peter, I am cc-ing you too: if and when you can find the time to review that
piece, that would be great. Once again, thanks very much for your time and
patience!
