[Opensource] eForum redesign ETA???

I really like the proposed new design at
http://www.jcorporate.com/html/products/eforum/ForumsMockup.htm. There seems
to be little to no activity on eForums development, but with the new design
I think it would become a viable product. Any estimated time of arrival on
changes?
