[Opensource] CVS Check in notifications

If you want to follow the checkins into CVS, we've setup a new forum for cvs
commit notices for the eForum project. As well the Expresso CVS repository
commits forum now reflects the CVS messages generated by CVS as
modifications and new files are checked in.

To access these new forums you'll need to select "subscribe to Groups" under
any of the Forums links (I like using the header link) - and then subscribe
to these new groups.
