Hi!

Yes, you can call a pl/sql procedure from a servlet (jdbc), but I don't 
think it will be usefull for you at all!
What I mean is, mod_plsql is doing all the work to take the buffer 
generated and sent to web listener.
I can explain it to you in deep, but it really would take a lot of 
effort to retrieve the content that Oracle's OWA pl/sql packages 
generate. At least, it is not impossible ;)
