[Opensource] User authentication

please can some one help me for the following problem 

i whould like to call a pl/sql from servlet but i want
to print a tabale from pl/sql procedure to the servlet

eg

 in the pl/sql i whould like to use the following
sentence

htp.println('<html><title>hello</title></html>');
