[Opensource] access to cvs

I am using cvs-1.11.2 from 
http://www.cvshome.org/.

I am running this from the command line on a Windows ME
with 256Meg of memory. I have 23Gig of free disk space.

CVS      EXE       630,784  05-06-02  2:03p cvs.exe
 is the executeable size and timestamp.
