[Opensource] help for i18n and Locales

Hi friends, I am a member of a Bulgarian team who is
using expresso to build web applications. Now we are
making a web site, which should be in cyrillic and I
am dealing with its i18n settings. However, I do not
know from where to start. We set out MySql database to
store things in Bulgarian, but I do not know how to
"localize" our controllers.

Any help and ideas will be appreciated
