[Opensource] servlet vs. other potential expresso containers

I'm in agreement with Mike on this one. I think the command line and the
web services use cases are sufficiently compelling to make it worth the
effort to maintain the separation. I've already used Expresso for a pure
command line application. I am assuming that Mike meant 80% of people DO
use it in Servlets.
