Thanks, I've added it to CVS.

A couple of quick questions... since you have all rights reserved in the 
copyright can you clarify to either me or Sandra offlist that you are 
indeed donating the code to the Expresso project?  And if there are any 
terms to the donations?

And I just took a stab at writing the Taglib definition for this class, so 
feel free to check it out and modify it if you want something 
different.  Thank you very much!
