Yes.... for a couple of reasons actually.  The biggest was sheer 
bandwidth..  Having them in CVS was actually keeping people with low 
bandwith connections from ever being able to really work with Expresso 
development.  Especially when you're dealing with people in countries that 
have to pay by the minute for their internet connections.  Constantly doing 
CVS update with the jars in CVS was too heavy of an operation.

Yes... Brian Showalter is also working on this and I will get something 
better online as soon as I can.  When I get a chance I will also be 
updating the CVS info page since people always have to look there to get 
started.
