Hey All,

Ok, I checked in a ton of stuff... been fixing and optimizing.  Since the 
3rd party lib functionality is down, I need you to be aware that these 
checkins require the commons-pool.jar as found at:

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/release/commons-pool/v1.0/

It was included in CVS earlier, but this is the first checkin that makes 
use of it.  The biggest use is for FastStringBuffer, although I'm figuring 
out how to make it work for other situations.

Also, be aware that DBMaint may act a little different.  I added Date 
parsing and formatting capabilities to DBMaint.  The formats SHOULD be 
based upon your user Locale, so if any of you guys come across errors in 
the Date formatting, please let me know and we'll figure it out. :)  Thanks!
