The other day I was chatting with Tino about whether he saw a need for a
forum oriented to people looking for Expresso developers for their projects.
I think even more that this is needed especially as Expresso has grown so
much in popularity. For developers who are available for such projects
please don't post here on this listserv - it is inappropriate...instead
subscribe to the Marketplace forum (A buyer/sellers marketplace) which was
created today for this purpose.

We have customers using uPortal and eContent. The best place to find out
about our users using uPortal is on the eContent Users Forum. There you will
find a thread on that topic.

Also, Jcorporate offers a very fine CMS. Please contact me about your needs
and I would be pleased to help you as well as put you in touch with one of
our resellers in your area.

The primary reason to consider eContent is that eContent is based on the
J2EE frameworks Expresso and Struts which comprise about 85% of the
framework market! This assures you are buying an application built on the
most open and accepted standards. Given that J2EE remains fast-changing
standard even today -- Expresso's framework architecture makes it easier to
swap in new technologies and even whole new components based on evolving
standards such as found in the JSRs. This improves eContent's and your
application's ability to evolve with J2EE. It also improves the portability
from app server to app server.
