[Opensource] setAutoIncremented

Thanks for the info. I did find reference to NextNumber in the Expresso 
How-to-guide (page 6). I chose to use the "auto-inc" option instead. Now I 
can use DBObject's add() instead of DBMaint for insertion, makes my code 
much cleaner.
