[Opensource] Cashing

Hi folks,

I was thinking are there samo examples on how to use the Cashing mechanisms? 
I had couple of Objects of mine, that I use extensively and i thought about 
cashing.
A small tutorial will be great!

Any help will be welcomed. Thank you in advance!
