[Opensource] CVS Status and other what not :)

First off, regarding my post about RecordSet and DBConnection... nevermind
for now :)

Thinking about the JDBC 1.0 vs 1.2 interface history, we could easily make
it so that only JDBC 1.0 compliant drivers would no longer compile with
Expresso. However, I WOULD like to hear from anyone that is still using a
JDBC 1.0 compliant only driver. An example of this is InterClient 1.61

As for CVS, I have a batch of checkins to do, HOWEVER, the WEB-INF/lib
directory in CVS currently has some sort of bad lock or something on it, so
I can't check in the new required libraries. (Such as the Oswego
concurrent.jar). I'm thinking of having the WEB-INF/lib directory removed
all together and simply have a "Developer Library Bundle" available in the
download section that contains all the currently required jarfiles for
Expresso. Would seriously save on CVS update times :).

But either way, I'm going to wait until Sandra gets back before I proceed
with either of these plans.

Good stuff is happening including:
-Support for Prepared Statements

-BLOB/CLOB support

-Better Concurrency support thanks to the Oswego synchronization
structures. I've tested Cache now with up to 200 simultaneous threads and
not a hitch now. [And it's much faster too ;) ]

I'll be looking to roll up an ea-4 release soon after the SapDB Integration
stuff is complete.
