[Opensource] Expresso 5 and WebAppWriter

In order to use WebAppWriter with Expresso 5.1 we can repeat the process used to Expresso 4.02 with some changes:

1) Replace all jsp from href="/expresso/ to href="/

2) Replace index.jsp from src="/expresso/ to src="/

3) Copy jsp directory to ../webapps/ROOT/
