[Opensource] Expresso and Eclipse

I use the Expresso layout and throw in the Tomcat plugin.  It is simple and 
quick to set up. Please note that I do not follow the Expresso tutorial.  If 
you'd like, please contact me directly (not the list) and we'll work through 
it.  I don't have notes but I've done it many times.  Then, we'll decide if we 
want to create a tutorial.

BTW, I do *not* debug JSP.  Maybe it works but using MVC 2, there is no need.
