[Opensource] workflow using addStatePairing - not quite getti ng it

Thanks for the response.  I think I stumbled onto the solution.  User 
Error.  I wasn't adding my field as an input.  It all seems to work now, 
thanks.

However, my scope is set to request, which is what I've seen in the 
examples, and it does seem to work.

Right now I'm trying to find a good tutorial/information on Inputs.
