[Opensource] Using Forte IDE with Expresso

Many thanks to Helga, a community member on this list, for sending us a
local copy of the document "Using Forte IDE with Express".  This
document has been frequently requested. 

I've formatted the page received to the standarized format of the doc,
and updated the link from a 3rd party redirect to a local file and
published a new copy. The example screens links within the version
published do not work - and if anyone has these files stored locally
please send them to support at jcorporate.com and we'll get them online. 

Making progress on this issue thanks to the help of the community.
