[Opensource] installing expresso4-1-ea4-bin.war

Hi,

I downloaded expresso4-1-ea4-bin.war from jcorporate site, supplied it with the
'lib' directory that was missing (?!), plugged it into Tomcat4 and when start
running I get :

ERROR [main] misc.ConfigManager (ConfigManager.java:1197) -
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
EDU/oswego/cs/dl/util/concurrent/ConcurrentReaderHashMap
ConfigManager: Expresso configuration encountered an exception: ...............

What on earth is this ????
