[Opensource] Changes to struts-config dtd

Hi,

I'm just trying to integrate an existing struts-based app into Expresso
4.1ea3, and am hitting a problem.  The version of the struts-config_1_0.dtd
distributed with Expresso seems to have been modified from the version
distributed with struts (and indeed the version distributed with Expresso
4.02).  The <data-source> definition has changed (which I can live with),
but also several attributes in the <action> element have been removed, e.g.
'parameter', which I use quite extensively. Can I ask what the reasoning
behind these changes was?
