[Opensource] Servlets not running?

Hi All,

I am having problems getting the server to run the servlets to setup the 
structs environment.  It was running find earlier today, but now it just 
sources the express-config.xml file. I did not change any the server.xml or 
web.xml configuration file.  The last thing I remember doing was recompiling 
application code.  Also there are no errors in neither the cataling.out file 
  or expresso.log file.  Where should I start debugging this problem? Thanks
